De Moor is a youthful yet deeply inspired producer in Burgundy, founded by Maud and Vincent de Moor, who bring fresh energy and a reverence for natural winemaking to this historic region. Based in the Chablis area, their vineyards span several appellations including Chitry, Bourgogne, and Chablis itself, planted on classic Kimmeridgian and Portlandian limestone soils that shape each wine’s distinct minerality and tension. Since launching their project in the mid 2010s, De Moor has embraced organic and biodynamic principles, with minimal intervention in the cellar, wild fermentations, little to no sulphur, and no filtration, allowing pure terroir expression and vintage character to shine through.
Le Même Azimut is a new cuvée from Alice and Olivier De Moor, blending Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Muscat and Pinot Blanc from Emmebuckel in Alsace. Aromatic, light and fresh, it offers notes of stone fruit, beeswax, and exotic florals with a gentle spice. The palate is balanced and textural, combining the De Moor signature precision and electric acidity with the expressive, fragrant character of Alsace.
