A beautifully pure Pinot Noir from Julien Maréschal in Pupillin, made from 100% whole bunches and macerated for 14 days without pumping over or punching down. Aged for 10 months between stainless steel and sandstone amphora, with no added sulphur, it’s light and finely textured, showing raspberry, cranberry and cherry alongside subtle spice and smoky, earthy notes. Fresh, energetic and mineral, with delicate tannins and an elegant, persistent finish.
