Fattoria di Vaira is one of the largest biodynamic farms in Italy, with more than 500 hectares, 40 of which are planted to vines. Here they cultivate vegetables, grains and cereals, and produce fresh cheeses, olive oil and honey.
Golden in the glass, this medium bodied white blend of Falanghina and Trebbiano has lots of character. Aromas of stone fruit, yellow apples and plums open up to a complex palate of minerals, tannin, gooseberries and crunchy fruit.

Winemaking Manual harvested in small boxes, 50 % Destemmed in press, 50% whole bunch with 5 days maceration. Fermented in stainless vats with indigenous yeast. Maturated in stainless steel tank. Undergoes spontaneous malolactic fermentation. No filtration, no fining.
