Domaine Leon Boesch

Domaine Léon Boesch is one of the historic family estates of the Vallée Noble in Alsace, based in Westhalten and run today by the Boesch family, who have farmed these slopes for generations. The domaine has long been a reference point for biodynamic viticulture in Alsace, with certification and a deep commitment to soil vitality, biodiversity and low intervention winemaking. Their vineyards sit on a complex mosaic of limestone, marl and sandstone soils on the foothills of the Vosges mountains, where altitude, cool continental influence and protective mountain topography combine to produce wines of precision, freshness and aromatic clarity. In the cellar, the philosophy is centred on slow, native fermentations, long lees ageing and minimal technological intervention, allowing each vineyard site to express its structural and mineral identity with transparency.
