A single-vineyard Pinot Noir from Agnès Paquet’s family estate in Auxey-Duresses, on the Côte de Beaune. Les Hoz is a hillside parcel with clay-limestone soils, producing a wine that combines ripe fruit with freshness and structure. Red cherry, wild raspberry and blackberry meet delicate floral notes, subtle spice and a gentle earthy character. The palate is supple and finely textured, with fresh acidity, well-integrated tannins and a savoury mineral finish. The generous 2023 vintage brings depth and expressive fruit while retaining the elegance and balance characteristic of Auxey-Duresses.
