A single-vineyard Chardonnay from Agnès Paquet’s family estate in Auxey-Duresses, on the Côte de Beaune. Les Hoz is situated on the slopes above the hamlet of Melin, where clay-limestone soils contribute freshness and mineral definition. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts, followed by ageing in oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop texture while preserving the character of the fruit.
Ripe pear, white peach and citrus meet delicate floral notes, subtle hazelnut and gentle spice. The palate is rounded and finely textured, with fresh acidity, restrained oak and a persistent mineral finish. A balanced and expressive white Burgundy, combining the generosity of the 2023 vintage with the freshness and precision characteristic of Auxey-Duresses.
