Vino Bianco da Tavola Arcese, Vittorio Bera & Figli 2021
Vittorio Bera & Figli
The Family Vittorio Bera was the first estate to bottle and market its own wine in the Canelli region. The estate lies in Sant’Antonio di Canelli within the region of Serra Masio, the most prestigious and ancient of the area’s Moscato production.
Extraordinarily wild wine, a churn of yeast, peach skin, almond blossom and smoky minerals. The palate is alive, prickly, cidery and tangy - drinking it is like attaching electrodes to your taste buds.

Winemaking All grapes are harvested by hand and their juice is fermented with native yeasts in cement vat. There is a secondary partial malolactic fermentation in the bottle which accounts for the occasional petillance. Bottled with 10g residual sugar, finishes fermentation in bottle. There is little or no addition of sulphur in this wine making it a very natural product.
