Trebbiolo Rosso, La Stoppa 2020
La Stoppa
La Stoppa is an ancient estate. Previously owned by Mr. Ageno, an Italian solicitor and visionary, who was one of the first Italians to date and plant French varietals on Italian soils. Acquired in 1973 by the Pantaleoni family who restored the vineyards and the cellars.
Bright ruby red with intense notes of red berries and floral aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with blackcurrant, tea rose and liquorice flavours and light tannins.
A must try if you never had it before.
