An English sparkling rosé from Cedd, made using the traditional method, with a secondary fermentation in bottle to develop fine bubbles and complexity.
Delicate pink in colour, with aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant alongside subtle floral and brioche notes. The palate is fresh and finely textured, with lively acidity, a gentle creamy character and a clean, refreshing finish. An elegant and approachable sparkling rosé, balancing bright red fruit with the structure and finesse associated with traditional-method winemaking.

Winemaking Manual harvest, whole bunch press, the Pinot Noir grapes were left in the press to bleed overnight (Saignée method), while the Chardonnay was direct pressed. Fermentation took place in both Oak and stainless steel. The blend was put together the following summer and followed the champagne method.
