Beulah Violetta is a small scale, low intervention producer working in southern Italy with a focus on indigenous varieties and site expressive, minimal intervention winemaking. The approach is rooted in organic viticulture with a strong emphasis on old vines, biodiversity and manual work in the vineyard. The philosophy prioritises transparency of fruit and place, with cellar work deliberately restrained to allow natural fermentation dynamics and vineyard character to remain at the forefront.
Stesso Stesso Rosso comes from mixed hillside parcels planted on a combination of volcanic and calcareous soils that contribute both lift and structural definition to the wine. The cuvée is composed primarily of native southern Italian red varieties, harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. Extraction is kept gentle, favouring infusion over aggressive cap management to preserve aromatic detail and freshness. Elevage takes place in neutral vessels, allowing the wine to remain fruit driven while developing subtle savoury complexity and a fine, grippy texture, with bright red berry fruit, wild herbal lift, stony undertones and a supple, energetic palate shape carried by chalky tannins and a saline, mouth watering finish.
