Champagne Huguenot-Tassin is a small, family-run grower estate based in the Côte des Bar, the southernmost part of Champagne where Pinot Noir thrives on Kimmeridgian clay and limestone soils. Founded in 1984, the domaine is now led by Adeline and Edouard Huguenot, who farm with a strong focus on sustainability and low intervention. Vineyard work is meticulous, with hand harvesting and careful parcel selection, aiming to capture both the structure and mineral drive that defines this southern sector of Champagne.
The Signature cuvée is a Blanc de Noirs built entirely from Pinot Noir, incorporating a perpetual reserve to bring consistency and layering across releases. The wine shows citrus zest, green apple and light brioche notes, with a fine mousse and a chalk driven backbone. There is a balance between freshness and gentle breadth, finishing clean and precise.
