Domaine Guillerault-Fargette, located in Crézancy-en-Sancerre, is a family-run estate dedicated to sustainable viticulture. Founded by Gilles Guillerault and Sébastien Fargette, the domaine covers nearly 20 hectares across two distinct terroirs: gravelly, limestone-rich Caillottes and clay-limestone Terres Blanches. The team practices manual soil cultivation and maintains natural grass cover between vine rows, avoiding herbicides and pesticides to nurture healthy vineyards. Grapes are hand-harvested, sorted, and gently fermented using gravity settling and stainless steel tanks. With minimal intervention in the cellar, their wines authentically express the purity, freshness, and minerality unique to Sancerre’s diverse soils.
From the Les Panseillots vineyard, this Sauvignon Blanc opens with classic aromas of flint, Meyer lemon zest, pear, and green apple. The palate is fresh and vibrant, offering flavors of tart lime zest and wet stone, with a hint of gooseberry. Its citrusy freshness is balanced by a subtle minerality, making it an excellent companion to seafood dishes like crab, lobster, and oysters, as well as fresh goat cheeses.

All orders are shipped via UPS Express Delivery. The estimated delivery time is between 3 to 8 working days from the moment of processing.
We offer shipping to all the countries mentioned above for a flat fee of £18.99 per order, regardless of size or weight. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to these countries.
Due to internal regulations, we are unable to ship our wines to Sweden or Finland.
As an international customer, we will not charge you UK VAT or taxes. However, based on your country's regulations, you will need to pay customs and handling fees, which are generally around 20%.

We use only sustainable, recycled and recycling packaging that provides the highest standard of protection to the bottles. When possible, your wine is delivered in reused but reliable packaging that significantly helps the environment and also keeps down unnecessary costs, allowing the wines to do the talking.
