Winemaking Manually harvested, whole bunch Pinot Blanc crushed and destemmed to Georgian qvevri and aged for 4 months.Two Chardonnays – half pressed into qvevri without skins, the other half with skins. Both fermented and aged in qvevri for 7 months. Blended together in stainless steel. No filtration. No fining. No sulphur added
