Loris Follador is from a long line of farmers in Valdobbiadene. For generations their wine was sold in bulk but since 1983 they have decided to bottle the production themselves. Loris follows a tradition of winemaking that was handed down to him from previous generations without adopting any of the methods and “improvements” that followed the economic boom of the 60’s, but with a certain regard for technological innovation.

This fine Prosecco is clean, pure, elegant and mineral with crackling citrus notes, easy-drinking and at the same time complex. Possibly one of the best expression of Prosecco.

Winemaking Manual harvested. Fermented in stainless steel tank, pneumatic pressing. Controlled ferment at 20oC over 15 days with  indigenous yeast. Natural spontaneous secondary fermentation in the bottle and also undergoes malolactic fermentation.  Disgorgement not practised
