Winemaking Skin contact for 240-300 hours. Controlled fermentation with indigenous yeast. Matured for 6 months in stainless steel, 6 months in Slavonic oak casks and 6 months in bottle. Natural malolactic fermentation. Application of music therapy for the fining process. No addition of sulphur until after malolactic fermentation.
