A blend of the fascinating local variety, Moristel, and Garnacha from thirty year old vines planted over six hundred metres above sea level on silty, calcareous soils. The grapes were destemmed and the wine fermented on the skins for a fortnight, before being pressed to old barrels for a year of rest.
A wine of gorgeous ruby colour, it is featherweight on the palate but full of nuance, offering complex notes of blackberry, wildflowers and spice.
