Fabrizio Iuli grew up in a restaurant family. For over 60 years, the Iuli family served award winning Piedmontese cuisine, but it was the local’s demand for a house wine that set Fabrizio on his current path. He planted a few more vineyards and now cultivates Nebbiolo and Pinot, but it is with his Barbera that we can see his personality shine through.
A fresh and vibrant expression of Nebbiolo, maded to showcase the grape's perfume and drinkability rather than power. Aromas of wild berries, rose petals and dried flowers lead into a bright, energetic palate with fine tannins and a gentle mineral edge. Juicy and approachable in its youth, yet unmistakably Nebbiolo, it combines elegance, freshness and the quiet complexity that defines the wines of Cascina Iuli.
