Ex-Les Caves rep Charlie Prymaka, has worked in wine for over a decade from NYC to London, but twice a year Charlie packed up and did a vintage somewhere. After vintages in the US, Australia and Spain; he settled in Mallorca and made some wines in collaboration with Cati Ribot. Charlie doesn’t take himself seriously and then his wines follow along. He makes wines to be drunk fast and young with low alcohol and no sulphur.
