A light, fruit-driven red from Vindiou, the Rhône project of Cyprien de Lageneste and Thomas Junique. The 2024 brings together Syrah, Cinsault and Gamay, sourced from organically farmed vineyards and vinified with a focus on gentle extraction and freshness. Hand-harvested grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, with whole-bunch vinification contributing to the wine's delicate structure.
Bright cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry meet floral notes and a touch of peppery spice. The palate is juicy and supple, with lively acidity, minimal tannins and a refreshing finish. A vibrant, easy-drinking red, particularly enjoyable lightly chilled.
