Weingut Willi Schaefer is a tiny family estate in Graach, in the heart of the Middle Mosel, now run by Christoph and Andrea Schaefer. The family has cultivated vines in the village since the 18th century, with the estate's reputation built around the steep slate vineyards of Graach and an especially detailed understanding of the Domprobst and Himmelreich. Their wines are made in small quantities, with a traditional Mosel approach that prioritises purity, natural acidity and the balance between sweetness and freshness.
