The Domaine consists of approximately 13 ha of vines located in the village of Saint-Julien-de Concelles close to the city of Nantes. Many of the vines in the vineyard are over 60 years old, some up to 80 years old and are worked organically with copper, essential oils and plant teas rather than synthetic products. In the cellar the wines are vinified using indigenous yeasts and a minimal amount of sulphur. The wines are bottled without fining.
Old vines Folle Blanche beginning with a crisp lick of oyster shell then filling out in the mouth with apple flesh before delivering a galvanic bolt of acidity. Wonderful with oysters and other bivalves.
