Golden yellow colour due to maceration on the skins, the nose has aromas of sweet citrus fruits and flowers, honey, rosemary, sage and capers. In the mouth it is vibrant with good structure with fresh and perceptible tannins.
Vineyards were planted in 1975 and taken over by Giulio Armani (winemaker of the famous La Stoppa Estate) in 2005.

Winemaking Manually harvested, destemmed and fermented on the skins for more than 2 weeks. Macerated in stainless steel for 6 months without pressing. Only indigenous yeast used. Matured in steel for 6 months, undergoes full malolactic fermentation. No filtration nor fining, stabilised naturally when weather gets cold (5oC natural). Zero Sulphites added during vinification or bottling
