A limited-production Assyrtiko from T-OINOS, sourced from selected vines in the Clos Stegasta vineyard on the island of Tinos. Situated at around 450 metres altitude, the vineyard is planted on ancient granite soils and exposed to the strong winds of the Aegean. The RARE cuvée represents a more concentrated and structured expression of the estate’s Assyrtiko, with additional depth and complexity.
Ripe citrus, preserved lemon and white peach meet wild herbs, subtle smoky notes and a pronounced mineral character. The palate is powerful and finely textured, with vibrant acidity, considerable concentration and a persistent saline finish. A precise, age-worthy Assyrtiko combining richness with the tension and freshness of its granitic terroir.
