A beautifully expressive 100% Chardonnay assembled from nine parcels across Chassagne-Montrachet, including vines dating back to 1955. The vineyards are organically farmed on the appellation’s classic clay-limestone soils, with all fruit harvested by hand. The wine spends 12 months in 350L barrels, with just 15–20% new oak, followed by a further four to six months in tank.
Ripe peach, apricot and Mirabelle plum meet yellow citrus, white flowers and a subtle touch of oak. The palate is generous and fleshy yet finely balanced, with bright acidity and chalky minerality bringing freshness and definition. A classic Chassagne combining richness and texture with Bruno Colin’s precise, understated style.
