Sylvain Jacquot farms only a couple of hectares of vines around Arbois. The parcels are located in the communes of Buvilly, Arbois, Montigny lès Arsures and Chamoz.
The wine has all the hallmarks of a powerful topped up Jura white but with some subtle nuttiness and sherry aromas from some time sous voile (under flor). The wine is very stable and can be served by the glass for several weeks with confidence.
