An Extra Brut Grand Cru Champagne from the family-run Lamiable estate, blending 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from vineyards in Tours-sur-Marne and Bouzy. The cuvée incorporates 40% reserve wines from a perpetual reserve, followed by 20 to 30 months ageing on the lees. With a dosage of just 4.5g/L, it offers a fresh and precise expression of these chalk-rich terroirs.
White orchard fruit, citrus and delicate floral notes meet subtle brioche and a touch of salinity. The palate is lively and finely textured, with a delicate mousse, balanced acidity and a persistent mineral finish. An elegant, refreshing Champagne with good depth and structure.
