A Grand Cru rosé Champagne from the family-run Lamiable estate, based in Tours-sur-Marne at the eastern end of the Montagne de Reims. Made predominantly from Pinot Noir, with Chardonnay contributing freshness and balance, the wine reflects the chalk-rich soils of this historic Champagne village.
Wild strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant meet delicate floral notes, citrus and subtle brioche. The palate is fresh and finely textured, with a delicate mousse, lively acidity and a gentle savoury character. Elegant and precise, combining generous red fruit with mineral tension and a persistent, refreshing finish.
