JM Sélèque is a family run grower domaine based in Pierry, just outside Épernay, now led by Jean Marc Sélèque. The estate works across more than forty parcels in Pierry, Moussy, Épernay, and the Côte des Blancs, farming Chardonnay, Meunier, and Pinot Noir on chalk, clay, and flint soils. Vineyards are cultivated organically, with careful attention to soil health and the expression of each plot. Jean Marc focuses on capturing the personality of each vineyard while maintaining a consistent house style defined by precision, balance, and clarity. Fermentations are carried out parcel by parcel, with extensive use of oak, reserve wines and long lees ageing to build texture and complexity without sacrificing freshness. Over the last decade, JM Sélèque has become one of the most highly regarded grower estates in Champagne, known for wines that combine technical precision with real vineyard transparency and energy.

Solessence Rosé is the rosé expression of the domaine’s flagship multi vintage cuvée, built from a blend of Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Noir sourced across the estate’s diverse network of parcels. The wine is designed to capture both the freshness and precision associated with the house style alongside a more generous red fruited profile. Reserve wines play an important role in the blend, adding texture and complexity while maintaining consistency across releases. Vinification is carried out parcel by parcel, with élevage in a combination of oak and stainless steel to preserve detail and balance rather than overt richness. The wine shows wild strawberry, raspberry and blood orange, layered with rose petal, citrus peel and subtle brioche notes from extended lees ageing. The palate is vibrant and finely textured, with delicate mousse, bright acidity and a saline, mineral finish that gives the wine both immediacy and serious gastronomic appeal.
