Gaspard Brochet is widely regarded as one of the most exciting young voices in Champagne, producing wines of remarkable depth, complexity and character. The son of Vincent Brochet and nephew of Emmanuel Brochet, he began vinifying his own wines in 2017, releasing his first bottles under his own name in 2020, quickly establishing himself as a rising generational talent.
Today, he farms 3.2 hectares across 14 parcels in Écueil, Villers-aux-Nœuds (Mont Benoît) and Sacy, including vineyards planted in the 1950s and 60s, all farmed biodynamically since 2022. Most cuvées come from single plots, expressing a precise and individual reading of each site. Working with Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay, he highlights Chardonnay from black-clay soils and Pinots from chalk, sandy clay and brown sand, revealing the distinct character of each terroir.
A blend of 3 premier cru villages, Eceuil 1er Cru, Villers-aux-aux-Noeuds 1er Cru, Sacy 1er Cru. Drawn entirely from Gaspard Brochet’s vin de presse, the 333.f Rosé combines depth with remarkable finesse thanks to his exceptionally gentle pressing regime. The nose reveals wild strawberry, raspberry, rhubarb and black cherry, layered with subtle savoury notes, white rock minerality and a touch of wood spice. Broader and more gourmand than the blanc, the palate balances vibrant acidity with excellent volume and layered complexity, offering both freshness and a lightly candied edge on the finish. Structured yet energetic, it remains precise and mineral, delivering a serious, gastronomic rosé Champagne with immediate charm and plenty of personality.
