Azienda Zidarich was founded in 1988. The winery is located in a beautiful and unique corner of Italy's Friuli region, known as the Karst (Carso in Italian). Benjamin Zidarich revolutionised his father's company by expanding the vineyards and focusing on native grape varieties. Over the years, Benjamin has planted new vines and expanded the vineyards from ½ hectare up to 8, whilst the production has reached 20,000 bottles per year.
Intense golden yellow in the glass, the wine has aromas of flowers, white fruit, tangerine peel, herbs and cloves with smoky and mineral notes. The palate is fresh, fruity and persistent.
