Bodegas Galmés i Ribot is a family estate based in Mallorca with viticultural roots dating back to the early 18th century, making it one of the island’s historic producers. The modern project is led by the Galmés Ribot family with a clear focus on native grape varieties and the recovery of traditional Mallorcan viticulture. Vineyards are farmed organically, with an emphasis on local biodiversity and adapting to the island’s Mediterranean climate. In the cellar, the approach is low intervention, working with spontaneous fermentations, minimal sulphur and a strong commitment to expressing both grape variety and place with clarity and energy.
Bosquet Rosado Pet Nat is a naturally sparkling rosé made using the ancestral method, capturing fermentation in bottle to retain freshness and gentle effervescence. The wine is based on indigenous varieties, typically including Callet and Mantonegro, grown on limestone and clay soils that bring both softness and mineral tension. Fermentation begins in tank and finishes in bottle without disgorgement, preserving texture and a lightly cloudy appearance. The wine shows bright strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant fruit, with notes of blood orange, herbs and a subtle saline edge. The palate is lively and refreshing, with fine bubbles, soft texture and a dry, gently savoury finish that reflects both the Mediterranean setting and the natural winemaking approach.
