The Marquis d’Aligre family’s connection to Margaux spans generations, rooted in a deep respect for the land. Today, the Bel Air estate is cared for with the same devotion, combining tradition with thoughtful innovation. The team focuses on sustainable viticulture, nurturing the vines with minimal intervention and careful attention to soil health. Their approach prioritizes natural balance, favoring hand harvesting, native yeasts, and gentle winemaking techniques. This philosophy allows the unique Margaux terroir to shine through in every bottle—elegant, expressive wines that reflect both the estate’s heritage and a commitment to authenticity and purity.
