WHY ATTENTION CHENIN MECHANT’?
This means “Beware of Dangerous Chenin” it is a joke, explains Nicolas Reau, and a play on words (in France the sign bearing the words ‘Attention Chien Méchant’ - ‘Beware of dangerous dog’- is found on gates and doors of houses).
Aromas of citrus peel, ripe white fruit and floral notes with mineral hints. The palate is fresh and clean with a lovely texture and weight, strong minerality and excellent softness
