Sylvain Jacquot farms only a couple of hectares of vines around Arbois. The parcels are located in the communes of Buvilly, Arbois, Montigny lès Arsures and Chamoz.
A traditional Jura Chardonnay from Caveau du Val d'Amour, produced within the Arbois appellation on the region's characteristic clay-limestone soils. The wine offers a balanced expression of Chardonnay, combining ripe orchard fruit with the freshness and savoury character associated with the Jura.
Aromas of yellow apple, pear and citrus are complemented by white flowers, subtle toasted nuts and a gentle herbal note. The palate is rounded and textured, with refreshing acidity, a delicate mineral character and a persistent finish. An approachable yet characterful Chardonnay, combining generous fruit with the structure and freshness typical of the region.
