A light and vibrant Jura red blending whole-bunch Pinot Noir and Trousseau from 35-year-old vines in Pupillin. After a short 12-day maceration, it ages for 10 months in stainless steel, keeping everything fresh and fruit-driven. Bright cherry, raspberry and wild berries meet peony, pepper and subtle earthy notes. Juicy, aromatic and mineral, with gentle structure and plenty of energy — a wonderfully drinkable expression of Julien Maréschal’s style.

Winemaking Manual harvested, whole bunch. Macerated for 12 days without pumping over or punching dow. Fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. Aged in stainless steel tanks and a type of amphora (jarre en grès) for 10 months. Undergoes full malolactic conversion. Unfiltered, unfined, No So2 added.
