Vin Noé is a natural wine project led by Jonathan Purcell, based in the Mâconnais region of Burgundy. Having worked at Domaine Pacalet, Purcell applies minimal intervention and organic viticulture to his vineyards, embracing whole-cluster fermentations and spontaneous yeast activity. His wines showcase a raw yet refined expression of terroir with textured, lively character and balanced freshness.
Produced from organically farmed Burgundy vineyards and made with the same low intervention philosophy that defines his small scale project. Drawing on experience gained alongside Philippe Pacalet, Purcell works with indigenous yeasts, gentle extraction and minimal cellar manipulation to preserve vineyard character. The wine is bright, fragrant and finely detailed, showing wild strawberry, red cherry and rose petal aromas alongside subtle earthy spice. Silky tannins, vibrant acidity and impressive precision make this a beautifully transparent and highly drinkable Burgundy Pinot Noir.
