One of Victoria Torres Pecis’ most singular wines, Las Machuqueras comes from old, ungrafted Listán Blanco vines planted on the black volcanic soils of southern La Palma. This special release brings together four vintages — 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 — in equal proportions, blended in 2022 and given a further two years in tank before bottling.
Floral and deeply savoury, with preserved citrus, wild mountain herbs and gentle spice alongside almond and subtle leesy notes from partial ageing under flor. The palate is textured and complex, with fine tannins, vibrant freshness and a persistent volcanic salinity. Mature and layered yet full of energy, with a remarkably long, savoury finish.
