Azienda Agricola COS was founded in 1980 by three friends: Giambattista Cilia, Cirino Strange and Giusto Occhipinti. The acronym of their surnames (Cilia-Occhipinti-Strange) gives rise to the company's name.
The palate reveals sweet aromas of apricots, dried flowers and orange peel. This wine is very appetizing and highly elegant.
