A small Family Bodega with 13 hectares. Founded 1999 by Vicente García although the family have produced wine since 1808. Pago de Tharsys are widely recognized as one of the very top producers of Cava. In fact, owner Vicente Garcia, is considered “the Godfather of Valencian Cava”.
The nose emphasizes the intense aroma of red fruits like strawberry and raspberry with slight touches of pastry over aromatic herbs. This Cava has body, a delicate and creamy taste in mouth that leaves at the palate a nice silky sensation with a refreshing end that reminds one Granny Smith apples.
