Tripoz
Domaine Tripoz is a family winery based in Loché in the Mâconnais of southern Burgundy, run by Céline and Laurent Tripoz. The estate was founded in 1990 when the couple chose to vinify their own fruit rather than sell to the local cooperative, and they have farmed organically and biodynamically since the early 2000s. Their vineyards are planted primarily to Chardonnay with small parcels of Pinot Noir Aligoté and Gamay, on soils of clay and limestone characteristic of the Mâcon‑Loché area. The domaine works sustainably in the vineyard with manual harvesting and careful soil management, and in the cellar with minimal intervention and indigenous yeasts to allow clarity of fruit and terroir expression.
