Maestro Tejero winery in Peñafiel was born in 1998 in the heart of the Ribera del Duero. From 2000 to 2006 the winery grew, gradually adding other plots in Castrillo de Duero, Olmos de Peñafiel, Quintanilla de Arriba, Bocos de Duero, Olmedillo de Roa, and Arauzo de Salce. In 2007 the search for land on higher ground leads to the discovery of land in Valtiendas nearly 1,000 meters above sea level with old tempranillo vineyards planted on soils with boulders. The diversity of plants and soils give the wines a unique, distinct personality.
The wine typifies Maestro’s delicate touch and is alive with dark, ripe brambles and cassis striking a perfect balance of perfume, power and refinement. Cherry in colour with a violet rim, the wine has expressive aromas or fresh red fruit. The palate is flavourful and fruity with good acidity and ripe tannins.

We offer shipping to all the countries mentioned above for a flat fee of £18.99 per order, regardless of size or weight. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to these countries.
Due to internal regulations, we are unable to ship our wines to Sweden or Finland.
As an international customer, we will not charge you UK VAT or taxes. However, based on your country's regulations, you will need to pay customs and handling fees, which are generally around 20%.
