Born from a partnership between two families, Alonso & Pedrajo, the Suañé Blanco Reserva project began in 2011 in Villalba de Rioja. Nestled at the foot of the Obaranes Mountains, this unique location offers clay-calcareous soils and a distinct climate, influenced by both continental and Atlantic weather patterns. The wine is crafted with minimal intervention, allowing the natural aging process on its lees to unfold.
Pale pink in colour. On the nose, there are aromas of fresh red fruits, orange peel, a hint of spice, and notes of white flowers. On the palate, its fruity character stands out, with pleasant citrusy undertones. It has a pleasant texture, medium body, and a very soft tannin derived from maceration, which provides structure. Thanks to its refreshing acidity, it offers a long and fresh finish.

Winemaking Manual harvested, destemmed grapes maccerated in amphorae with indigenous yeast, after fermentation the amphorae is closed for a prolonged skin maceration for about 6 months. Lightly filtred but unfined, little So2 added at bottling.
