Ovum Wines is dedicated to producing Riesling & Gewurztraminer from single sites in Oregon and Washington. Through minimal processing, the wines are a clear representation of the vineyard and vintage.
OLD LOVE is a dry, white blend that dreams of capturing the summer sun in a bottle of wine. Aromas of fresh cut blood orange, salty lemon and aloe vera typify this racy, texturally rich white wine.

Winemaking Manual harvested, whole bunch. Part macerated on skins (3 days); part whole cluster straight pressed to tank, around 40% sees some maceration. Fermented for six months on gross and fine lees in oval casks, cement eggs and neutral oak. Cross flow filtration. No fining
