René Mosse is one of the pioneers of natural wine in Anjou, Loire, where he and his family have been farming organically since the late 1990s. After years in Paris, René and Agnès returned to their roots, creating an estate now run with their sons, known for vibrant, soulful wines made with minimal intervention and deep respect for terroir.

Moussamoussettes is a cult pét nat, playful yet precise. The 2024 vintage brought balanced ripeness and lively acidity, perfect for this style. A blend of Grolleau, Cabernet Franc, and Gamay from schist soils, it ferments with native yeasts and is bottled with a little residual sugar to finish naturally. Lightly hazy, it bursts with strawberry, redcurrant, and citrus, lifted by fine bubbles and a herbal twist, making it one of the Loire’s most joyful sparkling rosés.
