A wonderfully light and juicy Ploussard from Julien Maréschal’s organically farmed vineyards in Pupillin, rooted in deep red marl soils. Made with 80% destemmed fruit and 20% whole bunches before ageing in stainless steel, it’s all about purity and freshness. Crushed strawberry and bright red berries lead the way, joined by a subtle smoky, herbal Jura character. The palate is delicate and airy, with lively acidity, gentle tannins and a mouth-watering finish. Pure, energetic and immensely drinkable — a brilliant expression of Pupillin Ploussard, best served slightly chilled.

Winemaking Manual harvested, 80% whole bunch. Macerated for 14 days without pumping over or punching dow. Fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. Aged in stainless steel tanks and a type of amphora (jarre en grès) for 10 months. Undergoes full malolactic conversion. Unfiltered, unfined, No So2 added.
