The finest and rarest of Nicola's bubbles, the Molener is a 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir spending an impressive 90 moons on lees. The wine has a slight hue of salmon tone with notes of dried fruits and nuts combined with herbs and spices and a very long finish. Another rarity with only 738 bottles produced for this vintage.
