Domaine Pierre Frick has been handed down throughout the family for twelve generations and now covers 12 ha of vineyards. It is managed by Jean-Pierre and Chantal Frick, and their son Thomas Frick.

Winemaking Manual harvest, the grapes were pressed whole in a pneumatic press. Wild yeast fermentation, without temperature control, in ancient foudres (barrels). Four months of ageing on the fine lees in these same foudres, full malolactic, one or two rackings. Light filtration through cellulose plates, but no fining, a small amount of sulphur was added at bottling (bottling took place in January 2018).
