The Anguera family have been farming in Montsant for seven generations. It’s not unusual for winemakers to take a different direction to their parents, but bar pulling up all their old vines, Joan and Josep have totally rethought their project and realigned their vision over the last 10 years. They started in the vineyards: working biodynamically and achieving Demeter certification in 2011; they top-grafted traditional varietals Grenache and Carignan on to existing Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon vines; and are removing trellising in favour of lower yielding gobelet vines. With fruit quality improving they were able to move to low intervention in the winery, using whole cluster ferments, old oak, and dramatically reducing sulphur use. The results are mind-blowing – balanced and elegant biodynamic wines.
A perfumed, crunchy and beautifully floral Garnacha, it’s pale, ethereal and wofts from the glass. It’s full of fresh strawberry and cherry flavours, medium-bodied and incredibly
friendly to food.

Winemaking Manual harvest, whole bunch fermeted with indigenous yeast in open vats. Aged for 3 months in old French oak and an additional 9 months in conctrete before being bottled unfiltred, unfined and with little SO2.

All orders are shipped via UPS Express Delivery. The estimated delivery time is between 3 to 8 working days from the moment of processing.
We offer shipping to all the countries mentioned above for a flat fee of £18.99 per order, regardless of size or weight. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to these countries.
Due to internal regulations, we are unable to ship our wines to Sweden or Finland.
As an international customer, we will not charge you UK VAT or taxes. However, based on your country's regulations, you will need to pay customs and handling fees, which are generally around 20%.

Although we ship regularly to these countries, we are unable to provide a fixed cost for shipping due to constant rate changes. Please contact us for a bespoke quote.

Packaging
We use only sustainable, recycled and recycling packaging that provides the highest standard of protection to the bottles. When possible, your wine is delivered in reused but reliable packaging that significantly helps the environment and also keeps down unnecessary costs, allowing the wines to do the talking.
