Jérôme Blin is an independent grower based in Vincelles, in the Marne Valley, where his family has cultivated vines for several generations. He established his own Champagne label in 2010 and has been certified organic since 2013. Today, Jérôme farms around three hectares, predominantly planted with Meunier, alongside Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. His approach focuses on organic viticulture, careful vineyard management and minimal intervention in the cellar. Fermentations are carried out with indigenous yeasts, and dosage is kept low. The resulting Champagnes are characterised by ripe fruit, freshness and a balanced structure, reflecting the clay-limestone soils of the Marne Valley.

An Extra Brut rosé Champagne from Jérôme Blin’s vineyards in Vincelles, in the Marne Valley. Made predominantly from Meunier, including a proportion vinified as still red wine, the grapes come from organically farmed vineyards on clay-limestone soils. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts, followed by ageing on the lees before disgorgement.

Delicate salmon-pink in colour, with aromas of wild strawberry, redcurrant and raspberry, alongside subtle floral and brioche notes. The palate is fresh and vinous, with fine bubbles, lively acidity and a gentle savoury character. A finely structured rosé with generous red fruit and a persistent, refreshing finish.
