Julien has been passionate about wine from a very young age and it was always his dream job. His father is a farmer and had given him a taste of working with the land, and how to respect it. Julien achieved his dreams at the age of 21 by buying his first vines in 2003 (Pupillin, cote de caillot). At that time, alongside his new job as a winemaker, he also gave piano lessons in order to live. He now works 5ha organically and has been in conversion to biodynamics since 2012. Each of his wines has a vineyard name.
